To return your product, you should mail your product to the return sender address as marked on your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that delivery can take between 1 and 2 weeks, if after 2 weeks of the item being dispatched you have not received your items then please send us an email and let us know your order number!

The customer shall be 100% responsible for his/her/other own delivery.
If the customer has issues with delivery they can contact us and should give us details of their transaction (order number, name, delivery address) as this will help us identify them.
